Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta
This Creamy Bacon Mushroom Pasta is a perfect date night at home meal, or even just an average weeknight! It is also deceptively fast and easy to make, coming together in under 20 minutes. Savory bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce, all tossed together with pasta will have you coming back for seconds!
- 300 g fusilli pasta twists
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 rashers back bacon, cut into strips
- 75 g mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g peas (defrosted)
- 120 g Sour cream with Garlic & Herbs
- 5 tbsp tbsp milk
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack. Whilst it is cooking, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon and mushrooms until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and add the peas, sour cream and milk, stir until the sour cream melts and forms a creamy sauce
Drain the pasta, divide between serving bowls and top with the sauce
