Put butter (at room temperature), 2 eggs, 200 g grated cheese, cream and salt in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients by hand until you form a dough. Knead the dough on the work surface covered with flour.
Cover the dough with food foil and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove the dough and spread it with the successor, on the work surface, until the sheet is 0.5 cm thick. Beat the remaining egg in a bowl and grease the sheet with it. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Cut the strip of strip 10 cm long and 2 cm wide, using a knife.
Put a baking sheet in the tray and start placing the salts. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until they begin to brown.
